Founded in the UK in 1997, Chart Shipping is a ship brokerage and consultancy specialised in all vessel types supporting the Offshore Oil and Gas industry.

Originally focused on the challenging West Africa offshore market, over the years we have expanded our service to provide comprehensive coverage of the global offshore support vessel (OSVs) market, and undertake projects in locations as varied as New Zealand, the Black Sea, Eritrea and Chile.

We offer many years’ experience of OSV chartering. An additional benefit is that our team comprises individuals with a diverse range of prior experience within the offshore industry, giving us a deep knowledge of operational issues. As a matter of company policy, we are completely independent with no agency agreements or other affiliation whatsoever with any vessel owners. We guarantee a totally transparent and impartial service.

Headquartered south of London near Gatwick Airport, Chart Shipping is well placed to coordinate transactions between Asia and the Americas while being within easy reach of a nucleus of our clients in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In addition to our office on the U.K. we also have representation in Perth, Australia and maintain an office in the Mediterranean port city of Barcelona.
